owned and operated by Frame Splash SRL ("FrameSplash", "framesplash.com", "us", "we", "our").

FrameSplash is committed to protecting its users' right to privacy and
security. We aim to provide you a secure online experience that does not negatively affect your
personal life. In this respect we make every effort to ensure that the information we collect are
used only for the intended purposes.
2. Information we collect and how we use it
FrameSplash collects and retains only the following personal
information about you when:

You create an Account: you provide us the following
information: email address, first name and last name.
(2)
You create an Account by using a Third Party Service
(such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn): we are submitted your Third Party Service account
information, such as your name and email address (we don’t store passwords you use to access
Third Party Services). This happens based on your privacy settings with the respective Third
Party.

You decide for one of our Paid Services: we do NOT
record any credit card information or bank details, but we collect your email, full name &
billing address to fulfil our legal and financial obligations. Currently, our payment processor
is SendOwl. SendOwl uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with its
privacy policy.
(4)
You communicate with us by email or other means (such as
posts on FrameSplash Community): we only collect your email address; please be aware that
information on public parts of our Site is available to others.
The information we collect is used it in order to:

Facilitate access to our Service;

Transact business with you and deliver the requested
Services;

Communicate with you to respond to your inquiries or to
provide you with further information, updates, news and offers about the Product. We only send

partners in order to provide a secure infrastructure and environment:
SendOwl as our payment processor - we transmit your
personal information via an encrypted connection to our payment processor.
Amazon Hosting as a host for our website.

When the transmission of data is necessary to comply
with our legal and financial obligations (such as filing our taxes)

If the transmission of data is necessary to public
authorities or institutions in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal
activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats, violations of Terms and

If FrameSplash reorganizes, merges or is acquired wholly
or partly by another company and the database is transferred to the new operator, or in the
unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy and the personal information, as
one of the assets, may be sold, licensed, traded by the liquidator, administrator or buyer. You
acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of FrameSplash may continue to
use the personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies on our Website to improve your
experience and the performance of our Services.

our Service and the characteristics and activities of users of the Service, from which any personal
information has been removed (“Non-Personal Information”).

the right to remove your personal information from our system by using the “Delete My Account”
feature in your Dashboard. Your account will be deleted and your personal information will be
removed. However, exceptions can apply here for example when the processing of data is necessary
to comply with a legal obligation or claim.
(4)
The right to restrict or object: in certain
circumstances, where there is a particular reason, you may also limit the way we use your data
or object to the processing of your personal data. However, if a legitimate interest overrides
the interest of the individual, these rights are not absolute, with the exception of direct
marketing. You can choose not to receive marketing communications by changing your preferences
in your Account or by following the unsubscribe instruction in such communications.

The right to data portability: you can ask for your
personal data to be returned or transmitted to another company.
The personal data processed by FrameSplash will be retained for as long
as your account is active or for as long as needed to provide you our Services. We will also retain
and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and
